Deadbeat Zombies

so i'm back from Reno, all the worse for wear. i drank my weight in Jameson’s on Sat. night. a new word was invented: "Striplash". that's where the stripper scissor kicks you, and yanks your head down, and leaves you with a sore neck (i only witnessed this).

this morning in the shower i finally had an idea that i remembered long enough to make it to my desk at work and do something about it. i registered a new domain: www.deadbeatzombies.com. there's nothing there *yet*, but i like it so much that i might just let my cheese in the wind[.com] actually live up to its name. when asked what i was going to use it for i replied: 'it's a lifestyle/a band/an art collective/a movie studio, but more than likely just another place to put pictures up.'

the last bit of news for now is another site i'm going to do called Interviews With My Friends. i'm sure i'll use blogger or something. i've got so many talented friends, who are all so funny, that i've got to do it. plus i love to interview people. mostly i like to do it out of spite to all those lousy interview questions you see in almost every interview. here are a couple examples:
'who are your influences?'
'what made you start doing what you do?'
blah blah blah

i think it's not just a lack of creativity, but also an insult to the readers. a good interview doesn't have to walk a person through someone's life. it can just be an inside look at what conversation and questions are like with that person. personally i'd much rather read that, and have to rush out to do some research to find out what certain references were.
