San Francisco Classic Scooter Rally


This weekend is the San Francisco Classic Scooter Rally (previously the Kings Classic). It's a rally that a rather large group of us used to do each summer. Sasha was nice enough to lend me the Cream Dream (pictured above). I plan on going to most all the events this weekend. Come if you can. The calendar of events is below.

The reason the Cream Dream is in my office is because Sasha had me worried the scoot would get nicked if i left it outside. Much safer next to my desk, don't you agree?



Thursday, August 10
Meet and Greet at DNA Lounge, featuring The Phenomenauts (375 11th Street) 7PM

Friday, August 11
Meet at First Kick Scooters (275 8th Street) at 7PM, ride leaves at 8:30PM
Ride to Li Po Lounge in Chinatown (916 Grant Ave.) for Soul and Reggae with Black Sheep DJ's Rick, Dion and Brandon

Saturday, August 12
Meet at San Francisco Scooter Centre (127 10th Street) at 10AM, ride leaves at 12PM
Ride to Club N V (525 Howard Street) for custom show, scooter DYNO!, gymkhana, food, drinks and scooter market place.

Meet at San Francisco Scooter Centre at 8PM, ride leaves at 9PM
Ride to Annie?s Social Club (917 Folsom Street) to see the Who cover band, Amazing Journey, do songs from "Quadrophenia"

Sunday, August 13
Meet at Moto-Java (498 9th Street) at 10AM, ride leaves at 12PM
Ride to Golden Gate Park for BBQ, beer and Dodge-ball
