Uncle B!
That's right yo, I'm going to be an uncle at some point in the very near future. I can't wait to hear the news. Last report from the folks is that Leslie is fine and that things are moving right along. I'm bee-lining to the hospital once i get the word. I don't even know their names yet!! Hans and Frans would be good. This is a new game from EA that Will Right helped design. Looks very cool!

World Cup Spoiler!!!

Germany won today, damnit! Poland played a good game. Not only was Poland the underdog, but they were down to 10 men in the last 15 min. They still managed to hold off Germany until the 87th min. I just hope those crazy Poles don't burn the country down. There were already some arrests made during the match.
Finally here's the story you've all been waiting for...both of you, heh. WOLFIE v. Da Skunk!!So Sat. night, at 2:30am, Karm let the babies out to take a leak. Wolfie, as he often does, went hauling ass after some animal back there. So far, 10 times outta 10, it's been one of three cats that hang out back there, this time...yup a SKUNK! so Karm wakes me up, I hear none of this. She says, "I think something's got Wolfie". I go running back there to see Wolfie doing some dance on his face. Basically making his face into a plow and running back and forth through the neighbors bushes. Before I even got close I could smell what was going on. I ran back in the house to grab some rubber gloves and came back to pickup Wolfie. I put him in the sink. There he would sit for the next three hours. Poor little guy has never had so many consecutive baths. Karm went online right away and found that Hydrogen Peroxide, Baking Soda and Dawn dish soap is the most common concoction for getting rid of the smell. We didn't have much peroxide so we used a bit of that. It helped some, but after that it was on. I tried Dawn by itself. I tried dog shampoo. I tried Dr. Browners soap. Finally Karm found, online, that douche works. So at 3am she drives to the store and comes back with 3 boxes of douche. She says, "That was so embarrassing. 3am buying that much douche. You should have seen the way they looked at me". Well that helped, but he still stunk. It was now getting light out, and Wolfie, I could tell, has had enough. We went to bed.
Wolfie couldn't sleep. He kept freaking out. I didn't know what it was. I let him outside a few times, since he seemed to want down from the bed. He was obviously real uncomfortable. I wouldn't know until a few hours later, morning, what was going on.
We woke up. Wolfie managed to sleep some. His eyes were swollen shut. We had no idea if it was the multitude of detergents we used on him, or if it was the spray. We took him to the vet. Waited hours there. The vet put some drops in his eyes which turned them green. We could then see that he had been sprayed in both eyes. The vet held up a black light and the green glowed. Poor little guy got it in the eyes pretty bad. We got some drops for him that we're still administering.
He's fine this week, and after a checkup today or tomorrow we'll know how his eyes have recovered. Poor little guy.
