smack down!
when your mother-in-law tells you to get your ass in gear and update your site, you better! i'll post some new pictures tomorrow of all the hard work Karm and i have been doing. this weekend we painted the pink room. it's now the shroom room.
the garage is really coming along. i'm close to having it become the clubhouse of my dreams. stereo, tools, motorcycles. hell what else is there? oh yeah, my hand painted tiki toilet seat cover hanging from the wall.
election tomorrow. a bunch of stuff on there i don't agree with. the handgun ban in SF is first on my list. i just don't see how it's going to make an impact on crime here in the city. violent crime will happen regardless of the weapon. hell i could imagine drive-by's with people throwing rocks if it comes to that. the problem is not in the weapons, it's elsewhere in our culture. i don't think it takes a Rembrandt to figure that one out. a good analogy is our drug laws. you can ban drugs all you want, you can't make them go away. people will get them. i don't have the answer, but i know it starts with education.
